I always know I can depend on Jen to take care of any issues that arise during a trip, and there is always something. That was so important on this last trip to Peru for our 12 family members. Out of all the contacts we were given in case of emergency or problems, Jen was the only one who got in touch with us immediately and followed up for us. The trip to Machu Picchu was fantastic and the planning that went into it was complex as you can imagine. Lots of moving parts. Jen stayed stayed on top of everything throughout the process and helped make this a trip for the ages. Thanks so much for all your efforts on our behalf!

My family of 6 adults and 2 children used Jen Henriksen Cruise Planners for our bucket list trip to Alaska and everything was amazing. Jen got us a great trip doing the Inside Passage on Celebrity Millennium as our first time in Alaska. She was amazing in getting our flights to Vancouver, our passports and paperwork perfect, our motel, and our check-in for the cruise! She picked our rooms all together our meals all set up and extras on board! We loved everything about Celebrity and the excursions she helped with were terrific! All of the ports, luggage tags, and paperwork to get on and off were so well done that we had no stress. On the last day as we got off in Seward Cruise planners had us all set up for a full day of Kenai Fjords cruising with an awesome lunch and then we boarded the Classic train to Anchorage. The train was great and we saw so much of the back roads of Alaska and the cute towns! Our motel in Anchorage was close and affordable and we had a great day there before heading to the flight home! We were looking for an exciting honeymoon vacation and Jen found us an incredible deal on a 10 night Celebrity cruise through the Mediterranean! In late 2022, I was coming to the end of a 15-month sabbatical and was starting back to work in October. We decided to try and mark one of my dream trips, Alaska, off of my bucket list. But we only had a few weeks to pull it off. We like active, outdoor vacations, and finding the right trip at the last minute was a challenge. Jen, with Cruise Planners, helped us obtain a last-minute spot on a fully booked Backroads hike, bike & kayak trip. If you don’t know them, Backroads is a 5 star provider of guided outdoor adventure trips. She also recommended that we arrive a few days early and head up to Denali National Park where she helped us choose a great place to stay. Jen Henriksen was our cruise planner and was a total pleasure to travel with and rely on for all the details of our Alaska trip. This was a family trip and Jen had all the details organized and helped us navigate all the daily changes with COVID (which were insane!) If you are looking for a great experience in booking a great vacation, then Kelley is definitely the person you want to work with. Our family brought a pretty lengthy list of specific requests to Kelley and thought we might have to sacrifice a few, but even after she found us a really good vacation that ticked most of the boxes, she kept working outside the box until she found us the perfect vacation that checked every box (and within our desired budget to boot). Throughout the entire process, Kelley was responsive, communicative and warm and we got the feeling that she was just as excited to find us “the right trip” as we were to have booked it. Jen Henriksen booked a family trip for 8 to Ireland for St.Patrick's Day 3/17/20. Flying from different states - booking was complicated - to me, that is - Jen handled easily. Then, a travel ban because of COVID-19 kicked in. Questions dealing with the airlines would have been a nightmare. Jen's expertise kicked in as she got 8 fully refunded flights. Our land tours were fully rebooked and paid for a later date all within in 24 hours. She really earned my trust and proved how valuable a good travel agent is. I don’t know what we would have done without her. This was actually the third tour I planned with Jen. In previous trips to Portugal and Russia, Jen helped with solo tours for me where I didn’t pay extra for a single supplement. Cruising Through Life!

I'm wondering why I haven't done this before? Cruising to Cozumel with a big group of great friends. The trip is more about the journey (the boat and its festivities) than the destination (Mexico) but I thoroughly enjoyed our snorkelling adventure, too. Life Changing Trip

I traveled with Ms. Jen on a month-long Italy Study abroad trip. Before we even embarked, Ms. Jen always speedily answered any and all questions that I threw at her. As Ms. Jen guided us through the airport, I had no idea how amazing this trip that she planned was going to be. In just one month, I learned so much about traveling, cooking, adulting, Italian culture, and the world around me. Our group attended an annual, historic festival which has been going on for hundreds of years, we took a road trip to Croatia, we taught English at schools, and learned some basic Italian just to name a few things we did! One of my favorite parts was Rome, which I've been dying to go to for years. Ms. Jen knew exactly where take us to utilize our time wisely so we could see as much of that amazing city as we could!
